Letter to Reps. Boucher & Stearns on Privacy Discussion Draft Legislation

NAR sent a letter to Representatives Rick Boucher (D-VA)and Cliff Stearns (R-FL) expressing concerns with their privacy discussion draft legislation (Draft). NAR is concerned that the Draft will impose a difficult and costly compliance burden on our industry especially impacting independent contractors and small businesses who make up the majority of our membership.
