Letter to Senate Cmte on Commerce on Data Security

NAR sent a letter to the Senate Committee on Commerce, Science and Transportation sharing with them oru thoughts thoughts on S. 3742, "The Data Security and Breach Notification Act of 2010." This legislation would require security policies and procedures to protect data containing personal information, and provide for nationwide notice in the event of a security breach.
