Letter of Support for Responsible Homeowner Refinancing Act

NAR sent a letter to Chairman Robert Menendez and Senator Barbara Boxer of the U.S. Senate Committee on Banking, Housing, and Urban Affiars expressing support for the "Responsible Homeowner Refinancing Act," which removes impediments from the path of homeowners who continue to meet their mortgage payments in the difficult economy from taking advantage of the government-sponsored enterprises (GSEs) mortgage refinancing.
