NAR Letter to the Senate in Support of the Mortgage Choice Act

NAR sent a letter to the full Senate urging them to cosponsor and pass S.1577, the Mortgage Choice Act, bipartisan legislation that would make adjustments to the Truth in Lending Act's definition of fees and points to ensure greater consumer choice in mortgage and settlement services under the Ability to Repay/Qualified Mortgage (QM) rule.
