On August 29th NAR sent a letter to the EPA and the OMB Desk Officer for EPA requesting that the EPA withdraw the Information Collection Request (ICR) until the Agency a) identifies a lead paint hazard in commercial and public buildings, b) makes publicly available requested federal data on renovations and c) considers options to further streamline the survey for small businesses.
