On March 19, 2015 NAR as part of a Multi-Industry Coalition sent a letter to Representatives Amodei and Polis supporting HR 616 - American Entrepreneurship Act. The letter thanked Amodei and Polis for sponsoring the legislation which was also co-sponsored by Representatives Bera, Curbelo, Dold and Quigley. This legislation would enact common sense reforms to improve and modernize the EB-5 visa program for immigrants willing to invest in job-creating development projects in the United States.
