NAR Supports Wilson and Curbelo's Dear Colleague Letter Regarding FAA's Building Heights Rule

On March 31, 2015 NAR signed on as supporter of a Dear Colleague Letter from Members of Congress Frederica S. Wilson and Carlos Curbelo to the Appropriations Subcommittee on Transportation, Housing and Urban Development, and Related Agencies. The letter urges the Federal Aviation Adrninistration (FAA) to consider its One Engine Inoperative (OEI) proposal in accordance with formal rolemaking procedures. FAA's proposed rule would effectively lower strucrure height around airports, affecting nearly 4,000 existing buildings and planned developments in 48 states.
