Coalition Letter to Senator Mark Warner Supporting his Data Security Breach Bill

On April 28, 2015 NAR as part of a multi-industry coalition sent a letter to Senator Mark Warner thanking him for the introduction of the Data Security and Breach Notification Act of 2015. The legilation could establish an effective and workable disclosure standard that improves upon the existing patchwork of state laws with a strong, uniform national law.
