NAR Testimony to House committee on Housing and Insurance Regarding HR 3700

On October 21, NAR President Chris Polychron presented testimony to the House Financial Services Subcommittee on Housing and Insurance for their hearing titled "The Future of Housing in America: Federal Housing Reforms That Create Housing Opportunity"
NAR supports H.R. 3700, the �Housing Opportunity Through Modernization Act of 2015.� This bill contains a number of provisions that NAR supports including Title III on FHA condominiums, Title II on Rural Housing, and Title I of the bill which relates to Section 8 Housing.
