NAR Letter to Senate Banking Committee Regarding Privacy Data Security

On March 15, NAR sent a letter to Chair Chairman Crapo and Ranking Member Brown of the Senate Committee on Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs. The letter provides feedback to the Committee's stakeholder request for comments on potential data privacy, protection and collection legislation in the 116th Congress. NAR supports efforts create a comprehensive, national uniform standard for privacy and data security. NAR believes that one national standard will help to reduce compliance burden for small businesses.
