US HR 8413: SECURE Data Act
On Oct. 1, 2026, NAR sent a letter urging the House Energy and Commerce Committee to take up and pass H.R. 8413, the SECURE Data Act, which would create national data privacy standards that protect consumers without overburdening small businesses.
